Greenland is the world's largest island, and one of the world's least-known territories. It was on my Antarctic trip that I enquired of the guides which was their favourite polar destination and to a man they replied Eastern Greenland. No-one could fix the weather and in this regard, we were exceptionally lucky, but the scenery speaks for itself.
